By accessing or using GlobeTrek ("we", "our", "us"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services We Provide

GlobeTrek is a travel deals aggregation and booking facilitation platform. We curate deals from verified third-party suppliers including hotels, airlines, and tour operators. We act as an intermediary and are not ourselves a travel service provider unless explicitly stated.

2.1 Accuracy of Information

We endeavour to ensure all pricing, availability, and deal information is accurate at time of publication. However, prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

3. Booking & Payment

When you book a deal through GlobeTrek, you enter into a contract with the relevant travel supplier. Payment is processed securely through our payment partners. All prices are displayed in your selected currency and may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations.

3.1 Confirmation

Your booking is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation email from GlobeTrek and/or the supplier. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel a booking and issue a full refund.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by deal and supplier. GlobeTrek offers a "Free Cancellation" badge on eligible deals where suppliers permit cancellation without penalty up to 48 hours prior to commencement of services. Refunds will be processed within 5–14 business days.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account or making a booking. You are responsible for ensuring you hold valid travel documents required for your destination.

• You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of all personal information provided.
• You must comply with the laws and regulations of all countries visited.
• You must not use our platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the GlobeTrek platform is the property of GlobeTrek or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlobeTrek shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We share data only as necessary: with travel suppliers to fulfil bookings, payment processors, analytics providers (anonymised), and legal authorities when required. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained for 7 years after account closure for compliance. You may request deletion at any time.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Payment information is processed by PCI-DSS compliant partners and never stored on our servers.
